As Digital Art Director for Finish Line, I was accountable for the digital customer experience for both Finish Line and JD Sports US including creative direction, UX/UI design, building customer and associate-facing apps, defining brand strategy, and owning the Finish Line brand presence across all digital touch points. My responsibilities included managing a team of multidisciplinary creative marketers, facilitating user research, providing creative direction and design approvals for internal and external marketing assets, designing in-store interactive touchscreen experiences, and more.
